House of the Week
Big surprise - for our house of the week we picked a white clapboard house! This charming house was built in 1920 and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Buckhead. It has been renovated by Norman Askins and is for sale - see the listing here.
We love this house because of the wonderful scale and pretty setting. The house is not too big - it's just right. It has so many quality details and gracious rooms.
The front door detail is to die for!
.
And look - black and white check entrance area
Love this back view - it just looks like home.
Please visit the listing page for more photos and information. The house is on a 3/4 -1 acre lot and is extremely well priced! Studie Young has the listing.

We are not being compensated in any way for this post - we just love the house.

Can you even see the entrance from the street? I'll have to see for myself. From the pictures it looks relatively modest - not calling attention to itself. Extraordinary price but not great news for our real estate market.
ReplyDeleteFresh as a daisy, this house!!!
ReplyDeletePerfect deep yard. I like how the house is situated in the back.
