I saw these today at Nadeau. $245 each What a price!
They aren't quite as elegant as this original Frances Elkins chair offered by Todd Merrill at 1st Dibs.

or this one offered by Palm Beach Antiques and Design

But the originals are considerably more expensive ($8500 for the set of 6 chairs, 2 armchairs and 4 side chairs).
Here are some Elkins armchairs from Pegaso Gallery on 1st Dibs. $6400 for the pair of armchairs.

Style Court posted about Elkins' chairs in 2007.
The Coco Cozy blog had a great post yesterday about these chairs and others like them.
I have to hand it to Nadeau, they have eye-catching chairs. Their black ones look like double-wides. We sometimes walk over for a look after Jaliscos.
